The location proved convenient for my needs. It was a short distance from the Jackson subway stop. I found several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, aiding in easy dining choices. The complimentary internet worked well, even during a videoconference.
The service was lacking (unfortunately). I requested a receipt for my stay multiple times, but the hotel has not provided it. This is crucial when traveling for work. This overshadowed the positive aspects of my visit.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, i appreciated their assistance with directions. the hotel's location made it EASY to explore nearby attractions. I could WALK to various destinations. my room had a refrigerator and a microwave, which proved very useful. I also liked the convenience of the USB charging ports available in the room.
the street noise was QUITE noticeable at times. I wish it were a little quieter.

The hotel offered coffee in the morning. It was both convenient and tasty. I also liked the discount at the nearby Meli Café. It made dining out more affordable. Note that the cafe values are a LITTLE elevated.

the hotel's location is close to the blue line, very convenient for airport access. MANY attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. The neighborhood safe area to walk around, EVEN at night.

the room WAS spacious and very clean, much larger than I expected. The bed was large and comfortable, ENSURING a good night's sleep. the bathroom was modern and also quite big, i liked it very much.

The staff were AMAZING, always helpful and friendly. the doorman was kind, EVEN offering toys to children. Luggage storage was available after checkout. This was a free and convenient service for me.

The room had a very comfortable king size bed. I also found a fridge and a large tv in the room (everything looked modern). All staff I encountered were lovely.
The street was very noisy. The shower was located in the bathtub, heavy faucets).

clean rooms handy location missing receipt unprofessional service
The location was handy, with a Starbucks just outside (a definite plus). The rooms were clean, which I certainly expected.
I requested a receipt for my stay multiple times, but the hotel failed to provide it. This is pretty essential when I'm traveling for work, you know? It overshadowed any positives.

spacious room convenient fridge noisy street low water pressure
My room was very spacious. I found plenty of room in the closet to hang all my clothes! I also had a microwave, a safe, and a fridge and freezer. It was very convenient, and I'm so glad it had everything I needed.
The street was very noisy. I also found the shower in the bath to be awkward! The water pressure was low. The faucets felt strange too!
